1. Who we are

FlyerJet (https://flyerjet.co.za) is a trading name and division of The Media Mafia (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa, registration number 2016/313497/07.

All billing, invoicing, production and fulfilment are handled by The Media Mafia (Pty) Ltd. By placing an order on this website you accept these terms.

2. What we sell

FlyerJet sells printed flyers in A3, A4, A5, A6 and DL sizes on a range of papers from 70gsm to 400gsm, with optional finishes such as rounded corners, die cutting and folding. We operate in the printing and print-production industry. Product photos and descriptions are a guide; printed colours can differ slightly from what you see on screen.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT.
  • Delivery to your nearest Paxi point (PEP and partner stores) is free. Courier delivery to your door, where offered, is charged at checkout.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and Instant EFT, processed through Payfast.
  • You pay the same price whether you pay by card or EFT. We do not add card surcharges.
  • Your order is confirmed once payment has been received. We send a confirmation email with your order details as your receipt.

4. Card security

Card payments are processed by Payfast, an approved payment gateway that is PCI DSS compliant and uses SSL encryption. We never see or store your card details on this website. Your customer details (name, address and contact details) are stored separately from your card details, which are entered and held only by the payment gateway.

5. Orders, artwork and proofs

  • You are responsible for the content you supply (text, images, logos, files) and for confirming that you have the right to use it.
  • Where a proof or preview is shown or sent, please check it carefully. Once you approve it, the job goes into production as approved.
  • Overs and unders: as is normal in printing, the quantity delivered may vary by up to 5% over or under the quantity ordered. You pay for the quantity ordered, and a variance within 5% is not grounds for a refund or reprint.
  • File storage: we keep your artwork files for 30 days after your order is completed so we can handle reprints or queries, after which they are deleted. Please keep your own copy of your files.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order that contains unlawful, offensive or infringing content, and will refund you in full if we do.

6. Delivery

  • Production time: flyers ship in under 24 hours from your proof or artwork approval (this does not include delivery time).
  • Delivery: free Paxi delivery to your chosen PEP / Paxi point, usually 7 to 9 working days; or courier to your door (The Courier Guy), where offered, at the cost shown at checkout.
  • Delivery cost: shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Delivery area: we deliver within South Africa only. We do not export goods outside South Africa.
  • We deliver only to the address (or collection point) you give at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched, with tracking details where the courier provides them.
  • If we cannot dispatch your order in the stated time, we will let you know and ask you to confirm whether you still want it. If you do not, we will refund you in full.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Because our products are printed specifically for you, they cannot be returned for change of mind once printing has started. You can cancel for a full refund before printing starts. Bought-out items (products or materials we order in from a supplier specifically for your job) are not refundable once ordered. If we make a mistake or your order arrives damaged, we will reprint it or refund you. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We handle personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), and never sell it. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Our responsibility

The Media Mafia (Pty) Ltd, trading as FlyerJet, takes full responsibility for all transactions on this website, including customer service, dispute resolution and delivery of your order. Please contact us first with any problem so we can sort it out.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

11. Governing law and address for legal notices

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The Media Mafia (Pty) Ltd chooses 45 Koornhof Road (corner Koornhof and Fleming), Meadowdale, Germiston, Gauteng, South Africa as its domicilium citandi et executandi (address for legal notices and service of documents).

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated terms are published on this page. The terms in force when you placed your order apply to that order.
